Returns

Condition:
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Exceptions – Non-Refundable Items:

How to Initiate a Return

  3. Package the Item:
    Securely repack the product in its original condition, including all manuals, accessories, or tags.

  4. Ship the Item:
    Send the item back via a trackable shipping service.


Refunds

    Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

  • Method:
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping Costs:
    Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived defective or damaged.


Exchanges
